Submitted By: Julia on 12/08/2011 I'm so sorry, but these cannot be used for my Christmas dinner. I tried to e-mail the sales department, but so far have not heard from anyone about the possibility of returning them. The salad forks are very unusual---very small--like something you'd use for an appetizer. The design, the gold plating, is very faint, hardly visible compared to similar flatware I have.
They're nicely packed, the case is a real plus. But the flatware just isn't what I'd hoped.

Submitted By: Tommy on 11/06/2011 I was excited at what I saw for the flatware online, but when I received them I was a little dissapointed. The teaspoon was very small, and the forks were not serving size. It is a set that can be used but not in an elegant setting. (which was the reason for my purchase). If I found another set of flatware, I would surely retire the three I bought.

Submitted By: LaGatha on 04/22/2011 This set is just "ok". Major issue is the size of the forks - the salad fork is very, very tiny and it looks like a cocktail fork. It's certainly not staThe knives had a "cheap" look, but this set will suffice for informal gatherings. You get a lot of pieces and the case is just a great deal.
What makes this purchase rate high with me is the customer service. I immediately emailed the merchant after receiving the set and I got an IMMEDIATE, PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE.
If I wasn't satisfied - i could just send it back - no questions. Customer service goes a long way with me especially when you purchase things online.
I decided to keep the set and purchase forks to replace the ones I didn't like since the set was so cheap, as I didn't have a lot of time.
