Biker chaps are leg covers usually made from a belt and leggings in a sturdy material such as leather. They are attached over trousers with the chaps' integrated belt, but does not have a seat like trousers and they have no seat and are not joined at the crotch. Chaps are used to protect the legs during the motorcycle ride.
