It's a weather radio and a flashlight. The cell phone charging feature is a joke as it uses a plug in that's not able to be used on any modern cell phone I've seen. The alarm feature has no practical uses as it is only a manually activated alarm. It does not alert you to any emergency weather nor does the weather radio alert you of an emergency...you have to turn it on to listen. So if you only want a flashlight and manual weather radio then this is for you.
