i have looked at quite a few recipes for making good bbq ribs without a grill, and some of them say to bake them, others say to boil them, and some say to first boil them and then bake them. i have baked them a number of times and they turned out great. i am wondering what the purpose is of boiling them or doing one then the other. will it make them better and which way would you recommend?
