what type of binoculars work best for hunting whitetail in woody areas?

My binoculars are 8×25. I was out scouting today and when a buck came through I couldn’t tell if he had bron-tines or not b/c I couldn’t zero in that close. So should I go with longer distance binoculars? Are there certine binoculars that can zero in on a specific thing through thick brush?
