We charge a $2.50 handling fee for orders less than $25.


Merchandise can be paid with all major Credit Cards, Prepayment by money order or cashiers check or by Wire-transfer (transfer fee $15).

Florida Resale Customers: please fax or mail us a signed copy of your annual resale certificate and avoid the sales tax.


MITECH Trading can not be hold responsible for any misrepresentation associated with any product or price contained in catalogs, price lists or on our web site. Due to digital limitations colors on the internet images might appear different than the real product color.
MITECH Trading will endeavor to ship all orders within 1 - 2 business days. However, should situations results in delays or non-delivery MITECH trading will not be hold liable.

MITECH Trading must be notified within five days of receipt of merchandise for any shortage of quantities and dissatisfaction of terms or condition of sale. Without such notification, it will be considered that the customer has completely accepted the order as shipped and invoiced. 

If you request cancellation of an order we will attempt to stop the delivery before it ships. If this is not possible for us, you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges from and back to the MITECH Trading even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery. 

All returns must include a prior return authorization number. This authorization number must appear on all packages and related documents.
It is your responsibility to pay all return freight charges unless otherwise authorized. Any return without a valid authorization number will be refused. Products that show signs of extended customer use or abuse will not be accepted back for credit. 
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please call us if you have requested return authorization number by email, and have not heard from us within 1 business day.

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault of MITECH Trading.

Damaged shipment from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under the satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty below. Guarantee and warranty do not cover shipping and handling.

Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, return in unused condition in original carton within 5 days for exchange or credit. 

Many products carry an extended warranty. Check the products copy block in the catalog for extended warranty information. Some products come with one year, five year, ten year or lifetime warranty. 

We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
