Great shears!

These are very sharp. I use them mainly for trimming chicken fat, etc. and wash them in the dishwasher. Works great!

As the previous reviewer mentioned, these works good for cutting up whole raw chickens. Just make sure the shears are clean! I also use them for veggies and a lot of other stuff in the kitchen. My husband keeps one in his tool box :)

They were good kitchen scissors, just what I needed.

Dont be fooled by the cost. These scissors are HIGH QUALITY. I have been using them at the garden center I manage for years. What a great tool!
