Shipping & Returns

MITECH Trading will endeavor to ship all orders within 1 - 2 business days. However, should situations results in delays or non-delivery MITECH trading will not be hold liable.

If you request cancellation of an order we will attempt to stop the delivery before it ships. If this is not possible for us, you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges from and back to the MITECH Trading even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery.

All returns must include a prior return authorization number. This authorization number must appear on all packages and related documents. (See Terms & Conditions for merchandise return requirements).
It is your responsibility to pay all return freight charges unless otherwise authorized. Any return without a valid authorization number will be refused. Products that show signs of extended customer use or abuse will not be accepted back for credit. 
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please call us if you have requested return authorization number by email, and have not heard from us within 1 business day.

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault of MITECH Trading.
Damaged shipment from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Defects in workmanship are covered under the initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty. Guarantee and warranty do not cover shipping and handling.
